that the services of Mr. Luk Chau-po be dispensed with.

In the clerical staff Mr. Ng Kwai Shang,

the 2nd.Clerk draws $1728 per annum, Mr. Chau Sau, Usher and Process

server is quite competent to perform the duties of 2nd. Clerk.

I propose that the services of Mr. Ng

Kwai Shang be dispensed with, and Mr. Chau Sau be appointed to take

over his duties on an increased salary.

This will necessitate the filling

up of the post of Usher which has been vacant for some time and for

which provision is made in the estimates.
